Meet Camilla

I partner with visionaries, creatives, wellness practitioners, and purpose-driven entrepreneurs to bring structure, momentum, and ease to their businesses.

For more than a decade, I’ve worked in sales, tech, operations, marketing, and leadership. I learned how businesses grow and crumble, how teams function and dysfunction, and what it truly takes to turn ideas into reality.

I worked with large corporations - think Fortune 500 - and small businesses alike. I gained invaluable experience, but quickly realized I wasn't built for the corporate and capitalistic structure of “work”.

I accepted that I thrive in community. I thrive when collaborating with teams who are doing meaningful work. It lights me up when I get to support people whose mission genuinely matters to them and makes an impact in our world.

Today, I have my own business - this very one you’re reading about.

Everything I've learned about strategy, operations, communication, systems, and teams, I bring it directly to my clients. I offer this guidance, in a way that is approachable, digestible and feels expansive and aligned with how my clients work best.

I don't see myself as an assistant.

I see myself as a strategic partner.

I love being the person you can rely on to bring your vision and goals to life!

Because let's be honest: most entrepreneurs have no shortage of ideas.

What I see is that they often lack time, capacity, structure, or support to bring those ideas fully to life.

That's where I come in.

We create a customized plan based on what your business actually needs whether that's operational support, systems, communication, newsletters, project management, copywriting, website updates, client experience, or simply having a trusted thought partner by their side.

My goal is simple:

To help entrepreneurs build a business that can thrive creatively, sustainably, and financially - WITHOUT sacrificing the things that matter most.

Outside of work, I’m passionate about music, yoga, movement, personal development, getting outside in nature, and exploring new places.

I feel most like myself dancing in a crowd of people listening to live music, laughing with my friends, strolling along the beach and watching the sunset, or at home with my cat, Frida.

I’m a first-generation Latina, and my family is from Peru. Spanish is woven into my everyday life and the way I connect with others. Being bilingual is not separate from the work I do—it’s another part of who I am and something I’m proud to bring into the relationships I build with my clients and their communities.

I’m naturally curious and always learning. Whether it’s diving into my Human Design (Projector) or astrology (Aquarius), I’m geeking out about it and sharing it with my friends.

This business has been quietly building in the background since 2024. Over time, I’ve come to realize that all the parts of me—from my technical skills to my unusual interests and my own human nature—are part of my business.

My curiosity shapes the questions I ask. My intuition helps me see what others may overlook. My love of movement, creativity, and freedom informs the kinds of businesses I want to help build.

This is who I bring to my clients each day.

That’s why my name is my business.

I love what I do because I was born to do it.

I’m a natural helper, supporter, seer, and guide. I’m passionate about living life freely and to the fullest.

I’ll leave you with something my mentor, Sarah Becker, once told me. It has stuck with me ever since and guides how I approach everything in my life:

“What if what’s possible is even better than you can imagine?”
